Welcome to Josh’s Auto Detail & Shine. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for both our clients and our team. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling your appointment.

Service Scope

Josh’s Auto Detail & Shine provides mobile car detailing services at the client’s home or designated location. Our service packages—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—are clearly outlined on our website and include specific detailing tasks. Additional services may be available upon request and are subject to availability and pricing adjustments.

Booking and

Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. When booking, clients must provide accurate contact information, vehicle details, and the full address where the service will be performed. We reserve the right to decline service if the location is inaccessible, unsafe, or unsuitable for detailing (e.g., lack of space, poor lighting, or hazardous conditions).

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Vehicle Condition and Pricing

All listed package prices are starting rates and may vary based on the size, condition, and type of vehicle. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other special conditions may require additional time and incur extra charges. We will always communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work.

Weather and Environmental Conditions

As a mobile service, our ability to perform detailing may be affected by weather conditions. In cases of heavy rain, extreme heat, or other environmental factors, we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons. We will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable alternative time.

Liability and Damages

Josh’s Auto Detail & Shine takes great care in handling your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that may arise from poor vehicle maintenance. We use professional-grade products and techniques, but clients must disclose any sensitive surfaces, aftermarket modifications, or concerns prior to service.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and, if appropriate, offer a touch-up or partial refund at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
