At Josh’s Auto Detail & Shine, we strive to deliver high-quality mobile detailing services and ensure every customer is satisfied with the results. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours. Please review the following terms regarding refunds, adjustments, and service guarantees.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a touch-up service or partial refund. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

The service was not completed as described in the selected package.

There was a clear error or oversight on our part that affected the quality of the service.

The client contacted us within 24 hours of the appointment to report the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Pre-existing damage or wear that cannot be corrected through detailing.

Conditions not disclosed prior to service (e.g., excessive pet hair, severe stains, aftermarket surfaces).

Services affected by weather or location limitations where the client did not provide a suitable environment for detailing.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Partial Refunds and Adjustments
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if only part of the service was affected or if the issue can be resolved with a follow-up visit. We will always communicate clearly with the client to determine the best course of action. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service and are not eligible for refunds.
Weather and Mobile Service Limitations
As a mobile service, our ability to perform detailing may be affected by weather conditions or location constraints. If we are unable to complete the service due to rain, extreme heat, or an unsuitable work area, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays unless the service cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
